Augmented Shielding is a passive skill that has a 7.5% chance to apply a random applicable Buff to an allied Monster for each shield applied by the Monster with this passive to the allied Monster, even if the shield value is 0. This also includes shielding from equipment on the Monster.
The Buff is applied by the Monster with the Augmented Shielding passive, triggering any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Buffing Heal and Critical Buffs. Monsters receiving this Buff will also trigger other effects, such as Divine Shield and Sun Pendant. Multiple instances of Augmented Shielding on a Monster will each have a chance to trigger on each shielding instance.
