Basic Attack is an active skill that deals Neutral Physical damage. It does not have any additional effects. Unlike other skills, no skill point is required and all Monsters can use it.
Since Basic Attack does not cost any Mana, it can be used anytime and is also able to activate Hibernate. However, using this skill is not ideal due to its low hit count and damage output. This skill is typically only used when a Monster is too low on Mana and is unable to use its other active skills. Basic Attack can be upgraded if a Monster learns the Magic Attack or Improved Attack passive.
