Throughout the Monster Sanctuary, there are three Blob Locks that you can open. In order to do so, you will have to head to the Southwestern portion of the Magma Chamber. From there, you will have to go confront Old Buran on the Mountain Path so that you can defeat him in a final Keeper Duel to claim the Blob Key. Unlocking all three Blob Locks opens the way to Blob Burg.
The Blob Locks are located in Stronghold Dungeon, Sun Palace, and the Mystical Workshop, as seen below.
