Effect

Buffing Restore is a passive skill that has a chance to remove one random Debuff from an allied Monster for each Buff the Monster with this passive applies to the allied Monster. When applying the first stack of a Buff to an allied Monster, the chance is 50%. The chance is reduced to 25% when applying additional stacks of the Buff.

Removing Debuffs from an allied Monster will trigger any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Renewal. Multiple instances of Buffing Restore on a Monster will each have a chance to trigger with each application of a Buff.
