Catalysts are items that can be be used at the Tree of Evolution to evolve certain Monsters.
The catalyst needed to evolve a Monster can be gained as rare loot from its evolved form, but many are instead hidden in certain places in the Sanctuary. Catalysts for Champion Monsters can be gained by getting a 5-star rating on those Champions. All catalysts can also be obtained from Reward Boxes. Catalysts are carried over when playing New Game+.
