Extra Channel is an Aura passive skill that has a 15% chance to apply Channel to an allied Monster whenever they receive a non-Channel Buff, if applicable. Applying or receiving additional stacks of a Buff does not have a reduced chance.
When a Buffing action is used, Extra Channel will only add Combo if the initial Buffs came from the Buffing action, Combo Buffing, Jolly Spirit, Mentor, Sidekick Support, Situational Support, Holy Presence, Shadow Proc, Fishing Rod, or Fishing Pole. It also adds Combo from Duality, any of the Shared Buff passives, Support Chord, or Enlightened triggered by the aforementioned effects.
The Channel is applied by the Monster with the Extra Channel passive, triggering any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Buffing Heal and Critical Buffs. Monsters receiving this Buff will also trigger other effects, such as Divine Shield and Sun Pendant. Multiple instances of allied Extra Channel on the field will each have a chance to trigger with each application of a non-Channel Buff.
