Effect

Initial Burn is a passive skill that inflicts Burn to a random enemy when the Monster with this passive enters combat for the first time. This passive may target an enemy that already has the maximum Burn stacks, resulting in the passive being wasted (possibly a bug). Multiple instances of Initial Burn on a Monster trigger one after another.

The Burn is applied by the Monster with the Initial Burn passive, triggering any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Mystify, Wildfire, and Curse Chain.
