Effect

Leadership is a Light Shift passive that applies a Charge stack to another random allied Monster whenever the Monster with this passive receives a Charge stack. Charge stacks applied through Leadership do not trigger another Monster's Leadership.

Monsters that receive the Charge stacks will trigger any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Charging Shield and Charged Chant.
