Bio[]
What do you get when naive, but powerful nature spirits are forced to defend their habitats from complete destruction? Mega Rocks are the imposing answer to that question. Simply put, a Mega Rock is created when a Rocky's inherent talent for nature manipulation is pushed beyond its limits.
History[]
Mega Rocks have been emerging since ancient times, but it was always under specific, rare circumstances. When natural catastrophes such as hurricanes or wildfires threatened to destroy nature itself, Rockies would transform into Mega Rocks to put a halt to those catastrophes. However, around 53 AC, Mega Rocks started emerging in great numbers in the Old World, violently protecting their environments from humankind. Some Mega Rocks grew to gigantic sizes, incomparable to any other Monster in history. Eventually, they became enraged and pushed back against humanity, storms of thunder and fire following them in their wake. They could have put an end to the entire Old World, if it weren't for the merciful intervention of Monster Keepers, who knew how to tame the Mega Rocks. The Old World offered payment to the Keepers, but they refused - the services of Monster Keepers shall never be for sale.
Acquisition[]
Mega Rock can be encountered in the Underworld. However, they drop Rocky eggs instead of their own. Therefore, under normal circumstances, it can only be obtained through evolution. Click here for its location details!
In Randomizer and Bravery, it is possible to obtain its egg from certain NPCs, Monster chests, or Reward Boxes.
