	Spirit Strength	Aura: Buffs are 20% more effective on Spirit Monsters in the party.

 Spirit Strength only increases the inherent effects of a Buff.

Other increases to inherent effects, like Improved Glory, are also increased by 1.15x, but additional side effects, such as Restoration and Forceful Sorcery, are not.
