Static Strike is a passive skill that increases the base damage of the first hit in a Damaging action, but only if it is not a Critical hit. The increase is equal to 50% of the Monster's Attack or Magic value, depending on whether the action is physical or magical, respectively. The hit, whether Critical or not, cannot be dodged but can still miss. For multi-target attacks, the damage boost and undodgeable effect are applied to the first hit on each enemy, with the value reduced to 30%. For example, if a single-target attack does 60% damage per hit, Static Strike would boost the damage of the first hit to 110%. Static Strike stacks additively with First Impact and multiple instances of itself on a Monster. It is also applied before any other damage modifiers.
