Effect

Transfusion is a passive skill that heals the Monster with this passive whenever it regenerates Mana, including through other sources of Mana regeneration such as Recuperate and Mana Burn. The heal value on the Monster is equal to 200% of the amount of Mana regenerated.

The healing is applied by the Monster with the Transfusion passive, triggering and being affected by any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Healing Shield, Heal Charging, and Harp. The heal can trigger Mana Symbiosis, but the regenerated Mana will not trigger Transfusion again; likewise, the Mana from Mana Symbiosis can trigger Transfusion, but not Mana Symbiosis again. Multiple instances of Transfusion on a Monster trigger one after another.
