Icon tri-mage healing Tri-Mage Healing For every heal applied there is a 10% to apply Burn, Chill or Poison to a random enemy.

Effect[]

Tri-Mage Healing is a passive skill that has a 10% chance to inflict either Burn, Chill, or Poison on an enemy for each heal applied by the Monster with this passive. This also includes healing from equipment and Regeneration procs on the Monster but not healing items. It randomly chooses an eligible target and then selects between the three Debuffs, if applicable, to be applied.

The Debuffs are applied by the Monster with the Tri-Mage Healing passive, triggering any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Mystify, Proliferate (when attacking), and Curse Chain. Multiple instances of Tri-Mage Healing on a Monster will each have a chance to trigger on each healing instance.
