		Aura: Every Monster in the party gains 3 Charge stacks at the start of each turn.

Effect

Utopia is an Aura Light Shift passive that applies three Charge stacks to each allied Monster at the start of every turn or whenever the Monster with this passive is switched into combat.

Monsters that receive the Charge stacks will trigger any effects owned by the Monster or originating from other Auras, such as Charging Shield, Charged Chant, and Leadership. A Monster with Charging Shield would receive only a single shield instance of the full value, as the three Charge stacks are applied simultaneously. Multiple instances of allied Utopia on the field trigger one after another.
